Making time for Family Photos

As children get older, the time between family photos grows. Schedules get busier as children turn into adults, move away, and start their own families. I encourage families to make time and take an updated family photo. You never know the next time everyone will be together next; act on the chance while you have everyone together and schedule a family session! Holidays are a great time to organize family photos—even if it is just a mini session.

That is precisely what the Hunter family did with this family photo session at Horn Rapids in Richland, Washington. Everyone was in town for Thanksgiving, so we scheduled a mini-session. Thanksgiving is the perfect time to get family photos, especially with all adult children. Everyone was in town for the holidays, and they only needed a mini-sessions worth of time.
